How It Works

Sell A Home with A Better Way MLS

Just because we're saving you money, DOESN'T mean we compromise on service. Unlike many discount brokers, we provide full-serivce representation from start to finish.

Don't give up your hard earned equity to an agent...A Better Way MLS sells homes better and faster and saves you money.

For a one-time fee of $399-$599, A Better Way MLS Agent will do the following:

Step 1: At Your Home

CMA, On-Site Analysis and MLS Listing Compilation

We begin by preparing a comparative market analysis (CMA); this will assist us in determining the price. We then will perform a complete on-site analysis and we will create the complete MLS listing right there at your property.

Step 2: At Our Office

Promote House for Sale

Once your listing agent returns to the office, they will post your pictures, record your talking sign, send you a copy of your listing so you can ensure its accuracy, and then submit your listing to several online resources. Since 85% of all buyer's use the internet to search for new homes, we make sure we blanket the internet with your home to make sure buyers can find you no matter where they are searching either locally or across the country.

Step 3: On the Market

Show Your House

Your house can be shown in three ways:

  1. YOU can show your house and/or do your own open houses (which can save you from having to pay a buyer’s agent commission).
  2. A Better Way MLS Agent can show your house if an interested individual calls A Better Way MLS or if you are unavailable to show your house (there is no additional charge).
  3. An OUTSIDE AGENT from another company will call you directly to set up a showing appointment time that meets your schedule.

For less than 1% of the sale price at close, A Better Way MLS will do the following:

Step 4: An Offer is Made

Negotiate Contracts and Process All Documents

We will skillfully negotiate the contract and inspection on your behalf, complete required disclosures, complete purchase and sale agreement documents and provide all Area Board of Realtor Documents. All you need to do is show up at the Title Company, sign your documents, and receive your check.
